摘  要:通过对常温下1 mm直径的形状记忆合金(SMA)丝材进行循环加载次数、加载速率和预应变的分析,以得到各因素下SMA丝材的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、割线刚度和耗能能力等力学性能及相应力学参数。结果表明:循环加载30次、单一幅值为0.06的SMA丝材,与1次循环、逐级加载的SMA丝材力学性能基本相同;随着加载速率的增大,SMA丝材的应力和割线刚度逐渐增大,且在加载速率为0.0018 s^(-1)时耗能值最大;预应变的增大会减小SMA丝材的割线刚度,但同时也提高其应力,且在预应变为0.0075时耗能值最大。研究结果可为SMA自复位阻尼器的应用提供理论基础。In this paper,an experiment has been conducted to analyze the mechanical propertiesand mechanical parameters of shape memory alloy(SMA)wires with 1 mm diameters,which considering the influencing factors of cyclic numbers,loading rates and pre-strain,so the hysteresis curves,bone curves,secant stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of the SMA wires can be obtained.The results show that the mechanical performance of SMA wires with 30 cyclic numbers at the 0.06 strain value are almost the same as the SMA wires with 1 cyclic number at a certain number of cyclic tensile training.With the loading of rate increasing,the stress and secant stiffness of SMA wires will be enlarged,and the maximum energy dissipation capacity will appear on the loading rate of 0.0018 s^(-1).As the increasing of pre-strain,the secant stiffness will bedecreased,while the stress of is increased,and the maximum energy dissipation capacity will appear on the pre-strain of 0.0075.The results obtained from the above analysis will also provide a basis for design of SMA self-centering dampers.
