摘  要:依托广州市西江引水工程管线改迁工程,施工过程中涉及新管槽开挖、管段迁移以及双管共用基础及管座切割分离、地下水位变化等可能导致输水管产生较大变形的复杂工况,为此,建立包含多个施工工况的三维有限元模型,分析PCCP输水管迁管过程中各施工工况对正常供水PCCP输水管位移的影响规律,结果表明,使用拉森Ⅳ钢板桩+φ500×12钢管支撑@5000 mm的支护结构形式对新管槽进行支护的情况下,地下水控制在2 m左右,新旧管槽水平距离大于4 m且新钢管管槽深度小于7.7 m时,可确保原PCCP管累积位移值不大于10 mm,输水工作正常进行。可为大型PCCP管线改迁工程提供参考依据。Relying on Guangzhou Xijiang PCCP pipeline relocation project,the construction process of pipeline relocation project involves the excavation of new pipe grooves,the migration of pipe sections,the shared foundation of double pipes,the cutting and separation of pipe seats,the change of groundwater level,and other complex working conditions that may cause large deformation of the water delivery pipe.With the purpose to ensure the safe operation of the water supply main pipe of the Xijiang water diversion project during the relocation process and clarify the key construction conditions in engineering practice,a three-dimensional finite element model,which contains a series of construction conditions,was built to analyze the effect of various construction conditions on the displacement of the normal water supply PCCP pipe during the relocation process of the PCCP water delivery pipe.The results show that the support structure of Larsen IV steel sheet pile+φ500×12 steel pipe@5000 mm is used to support the new pipe channel,the groundwater is controlled at about 2 m,and the horizontal distance between the new and old pipe channels is greater than 4 m and the depth of new steel pipe channel is less than 7.7 m.It can ensure that the cumulative displacement value of the original PCCP pipe is not more than 10 mm and the normal water delivery work.This article can provide reference for large-scale PCCP pipeline relocation projects.
