摘 要:通过对钢筋混凝土支撑梁液压绳锯切割施工中分割块重量的确定、支撑梁起吊位置首道缺口的设置、支撑梁的拆除顺序等重点、难点进行改进及优化,精确地推测出了切割支撑梁相应的切割面,避免不必要的浪费切割刀数,同时不需要吊车,利用塔吊也能够外运支撑梁块,实现了安全高效地拆除支撑梁,为后续施工创造施工条件和节省工期。技术对同类型地下结构钢筋混凝土支撑梁拆除具有积极的借鉴意义。Through the improvement and optimization of the key and difficult points such as the determination of the weight of the divided blocks in the hydraulic wire saw cutting construction of the reinforced concrete support beam,the setting of the first gap in the lifting position of the support beam,and the removal sequence of the support beam,the corresponding cutting support beam is accurately estimated.The cutting surface avoids unnecessary waste of cutting blades.At the same time,no crane is required.The supporting beam can also be transported by a tower crane,which realizes the safe and efficient removal of the supporting beam,creating construction conditions and saving time for subsequent construction.The technology has positive reference significance for the removal of reinforced concrete support beams of the same type of underground structures.
