摘  要:串联补偿装置在提升配电网线路电能质量方面具有良好的效果,近年来得到了广泛的应用。针对配网线路故障频发的特点,实际运行中应考虑串联补偿装置的自我保护问题,以避免线路发生故障引起电容器过电压而损坏的情况。本文提出了一种基于金属氧化物限压器(metal oxide varistor,MOV)和实时小波变换算法检测故障的双重保护机制,当线路发生短路故障时,利用MOV抑制串补电容器两端电压,利用实时小波变换算法检测系统电流,迅速识别出故障,将串补电容器和MOV组件旁路,是一种具有双重保护功能的串联补偿装置。The series compensation device has good effect in improving the power quality of distribution lines and has found wide application in recent years.In view of the feature of frequent fault in the distribution line,the self⁃protection of series compensation device should be considered in actual operation to avoid the damage caused by over⁃voltage of capacitor due to line faults.In this paper,a kind of dual protection mechanism based on metal oxide varistor(metal oxide varistor,MOV)and real⁃time wavelet transform algorithm to detect faults is proposed.In case of short circuit fault in the line,the MOV is used to suppress the voltage at both ends of series capacitor.The real⁃time wavelet transform algorithm is used to detectsystem current,identify quickly short⁃circuit faults and bypass series capacitor and MOV components,which is a series compensation device with dual protection function compensation device.
