摘 要:随着配电网高可靠性作业的发展,不停电作业装置是配电网运检的必备工具之一。电力电容器是配电网不停电作业装置中配电单元、AC/DC电源变换单元等的能源储存核心单元,其高性能化、轻型化和小型化是其发展的一个关键。为制备新型高储能密度的电力电容器用介质材料,利用磁控溅射技术在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si基底上制备Ba(Sn0.3Ti0.7)O3(BTS)薄膜,研究了不同衬底温度下BTS薄膜的结晶状况和表面形貌,对不同衬底温度条件下BTS薄膜的介电常数、击穿场强和储能密度进行分析,建立了微结构和储能性能之间的联系。研究表明:在650℃下制备的BTS薄膜具有特有的结晶状况、最大的介电常数、最高的击穿场强和储能密度。其储能密度达到19.0 J/cm3左右,是目前商用聚丙烯储能薄膜的6倍。With the development of high reliability operation of distribution network,on⁃line operation de⁃vice is one of the necessary tools for operation and inspection of distribution network.Power capacitor is the core unit of energy storage for distribution unit and AC/DC power conversion unit in on⁃line operation device of distribution network and its high performance,light weight and miniaturization are the key to its development.For preparing the dielectric material for power capacitor with the novel high⁃energy storage density,the Ba(Sn0.3Ti0.7)O3(BTS)thin films are prepared on the Pt/Ti/SiO2/Sisubstrate by magnetron sputter⁃ing technology.The crystallization and surface morphology,the dielectric constant,breakdown voltage and energy storage density of BTS film with different substrate temperature are studied and analyzed respectively.Furthermore,the relationship between the micro⁃structure and the energy storage performance is estab⁃lished.It is shown by the study that BTS film prepared at 650℃has the best crystal condition,the largest dielectric constant,the highest breakdown field strength and energy storage density.The energy storage density reaches about 19.0 J/cm3,which is 6 times higher than that of the current commercial polypropylene energy storage films.
