摘　　要：目前,容量小的高电压电力电容器,由于发热量比较小,依靠本身外壳表面散热,足以使电容器温升控制在允许的范围内;同时依靠外壳的膨胀和缩小足以补偿因温度升高和降低变化引起外壳内体积增大和缩小。对于大容量的电容器,由于发热量大,单靠外壳的表面积散热不足以把电容器的温升控制在允许的范围内,需加装散热器;同时由于容量大,体积大,外壳需采用较厚的钢板才能满足强度要求。但采用厚钢板做外壳,又不容易形变,难以补偿电容器内部液体体积随温度变化,需加装扩张器或储油柜,不论是加装散热器、储油柜还是扩张器,这些散热器或补偿装置由于焊点多制造工艺复杂,可靠性不高。为了解决大容量电容器上述缺点,本文提出了一种新型补偿散热装置,该装置既具有散热器的功能,又具有储油柜或扩张器的功能,可以代替散热器、储油柜或扩张器。At present,high voltage power capacitor with for small⁃capacity can,due to its small heat,sufficiently keep the temperature rise of the capacitor within the permitted range by the surface heat dissipation on self⁃container itself.At the same time,the increase and decrease of volume inside the container due to increase and decrease of temperature can also be compensated by the expansion and shrinkage of the container.For high⁃capacity capacitor,the surface heat dissipation of the container is insufficient to control the temperature rise of the capacitor within the permitted range due to its big heat and radiator is needed to be installed.At the same time,the adoption of thick steel sheet can meet strength requirement due to large capacity and volume.However,thick steel sheer container is not easy to be deformation and it is therefore difficult to compensate the variation of internal liquid volume with the temperature,installation of expander or oil storage cabinet is necessary.No matter the radiator,oil storage cabinet or expander is added,the reliability of these radiators are not high due to multiple welding point and complicated manufacturing process.For solving above shortcomings of high capacity capacitor,a kind of new radiation device is proposed in this paper,which has the function of not radiator,but also of oil storage container or expander and can replace them.
