摘  要:当前迫切需要研究实现风电与电网统一协调发展的风电并网分析方法为风电与电网运行和规划提供技术支撑,通过提出基于改进不同时间尺度的生产模拟方法,分析大规模风电并网后电力系统发、输、用各个环节运行情况,分析地区风电出力与负荷的相关性和区域常规电源在不同季节的调峰能力,优化考虑安全约束的常规电源开机组合,在连续时间序列上分析风电电量消纳情况及常规电源运行情况,为区域电网风电规划提供技术数据支撑。At present,it is urgently needed to study the wind power grid⁃connected analysis method to realize the unified development of wind power and power grid so to provide technical support for wind power and grid operation and planning.In this paper,the production simulation method based on different time scales improvement is proposed to analyze the operation situation of each chain from power generation,transmission and operation after large scale grid connection of wind power,the correlation between regional wind power output and load and the peaking ability of regional conventional power supply in different seasons are analyzed.The conventional power supply combination with safety constraints is optimized and considered.The wind power consumption in continuous and operation situation of common power supply are analyzed based on the continuous time sequence,which provides technical data support for network planning of regional power grid.
