摘  要:研制一种适用于蓄冷器的复合相变蓄冷剂,以相变潜热较高的水溶液为基础与二甘醇进行复配。通过低温共融物质计算获得二甘醇水溶液最优配比:10%二甘醇,90%水,并基于该计算结果通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对不同质量分数的相变蓄冷材料进行试验论证,实验结果与计算结果一致,表明该配比下的蓄冷剂具有理想的相变潜热与相变温度,可用于深冷液化空气储能系统(LAES)的蓄冷罐中。最后使用ANSYS软件针对该新型蓄冷材料在LAES系统蓄冷器中的应用进行工况仿真,验证了其优良的蓄冷性能。A kind of composite phase change refrigerant for the regenerator is developed,which is mixed with diethylene glycol on the basis of aqueous solution with higher heat of substitution.The optimal ratio of diglycol aqueous solution is obtained by low temperature eutectic material calculation:10%diethylene glycol,90%water.The phase change storage material with different mass fractions based on the calculation results is test⁃ed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The experimental result and the calculation result are identi⁃cal,indicating that the refrigerant has ideal latent heat and temperature of phase change and can be used in storage tank of LAES.Finally,the ANSYS is used to simulate the application of the new phase change storage refrigerant in the regenerator of LAES system and its excellent cold storage performance is verified.
