摘　　要：玻璃色釉具有色彩艳丽、耐高温、化学稳定性好等优点,广泛应用于各种玻璃装饰。本文介绍了一种用于装饰性玻璃油墨的低熔点基釉制备方法及其应用,该基釉能够显著提升黑白色釉的光泽度和遮盖力,所制得的色釉具有鲜艳的色泽和近乎完全的遮盖度,黑色釉照度L值达25,白色釉L值达到90左右,釉层在25~40μm的透过率仅为0.05%~0.08%,特别适用于玻璃瓶罐等外表面装饰。The preparation and application of a low melting point basic glaze with high performance for glass decoration were introduced in the present paper.The basic glaze can significantly improve the glossiness and covering power of black and white glaze.The color glaze made from the above basic glaze has bright color and capability of almost full coverage,the L value of black glaze can reach 25,and the L value of white glaze can reach nearly 90.The transmittance of glaze layer is only 0.05%~0.08%when its thickness is 25~40μm.This glaze is particularly suitable for the surface decoration of glass bottles and cans.
