摘 要:用X射线衍射(XRD)法对赛隆刚玉砖中的矿物相进行了定量分析,指出合成赛隆相的分子式为Si_(3)Al_(3)O_(3)N_(5),并借助于扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS),观察了赛隆相的晶体及发育形貌等显微结构。结果表明:通过X射线衍射方法定量分析赛隆刚玉砖中赛隆、刚玉、碳化硅等矿物相的含量,与欧洲DIFK实验室分析的矿物相结果一致,完全满足要求,说明了X射线衍射方法可用于赛隆刚玉砖中的矿物相定量分析。This paper introduces the quantitative analysis of mineral phase in Sialon-bonded corundum brick by X-ray diffraction(XRD)method,and points out that the molecular formula of Sialon-bonded phase is Si_(3)Al_(3)O_(3)N_(5),and obverses the crystal and morphology of Sialon-bonded phase with scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The results show that the contents of mineral phases in Sialon-bonded phase,silicon carbide and corundum phases in Sialon-bonded corundum brick is quantitatively analyzed by X-ray diffraction method,which are consistent with the results of DIFK laboratory in Europe and completely meet the requirements,indicating that X-ray diffraction method can be used for quantitative analysis of mineral phases in Sialon-bonded corundum brick.
