摘　　要：目的:分析右美托咪定静脉泵注在全身麻醉中的应用效果及安全性。方法:在漯河市郾城区人民医院于2018年6月-2020年5月收治的外科手术患者中,选取100例作为本次的研究对象,其中50例在麻醉诱导后不再使用其他药物的患者纳入对照组,另外50例使用右美托咪定静脉泵注的患者纳入研究组。对比两组患者不同时间点的疼痛评分(VAS)、感觉与运动阻滞起效时间和恢复时间,以及麻醉相关不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组患者在用药后15 min、手术完毕时的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组感觉与运动阻滞起效时间短于对照组(P<0.05),恢复时间长于对照组(P<0.05);且麻醉相关不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在全身麻醉中运用右美托咪定静脉泵注麻醉方式,麻醉效果显见,且安全性高。Objective: To analyze the effect and safety of dexmedetomidine intravenous injection in general anesthesia. Methods: Among the surgical patients admitted in the hospital from June 2018 to May 2020, 100 patients were selected as the research object, of which 50 patients who did not use other drugs after anesthesia induction were included in the control group, 50 patients using intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine were included in the study group. The pain score(VAS), the onset time and recovery time of sensory and motor block, and the occurrence of anesthesia-related adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The VAS scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those of the control group 15 minutes after medication and at the end of the operation(P<0.05). The onset time of sensory and motor block in the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the recovery time was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05). And the incidence of anesthesia-related adverse reactions was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: In general anesthesia, intravenous dexmedetomidine intravenous anesthesia is used, the anesthetic effect is obvious, and the safety is high.
