摘 要:目的:探讨基于核心肌群训练理念的康复护理在痉挛型脑瘫(SCP)患儿中的应用效果。方法:收集2017年4月-2019年10月新乡市中心医院收治的102例SCP患儿临床资料,将采用常规康复护理的47例患儿资料纳入对照组,将采用基于核心肌群训练理念的康复护理的55例患儿资料纳入观察组。护理4个月后,比较两组粗大运动功能量表(GMFM)及Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分。结果:护理后,两组GMFM中D区、E区评分均较护理前提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组BBS评分均较护理前提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SCP患儿采用基于核心肌群训练理念的康复护理能够有效提升其粗大运动功能及平衡功能。Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing based on the core muscle group training concept in children with spastic cerebral palsy(SCP). Methods:The clinical data of 102 cases of SCP children treated in the hospital from April 2017 to October 2019 were collected. The data of 47 cases of children who used conventional rehabilitation nursing were included in the control group. The data of 55 children who used rehabilitation nursing based on the core muscle group training concept were included in the observation group. After 4 months of care, the scores of the Gross Motor Function Scale(GMFM) and Berg Balance Scale(BBS)were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the scores of D region and E region in GMFM of both groups were higher than before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the BBS scores of both groups were higher than before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing based on the core muscle group training concept for children with SCP can effectively improve their gross motor function and balance function.
