摘 要:目的探讨运用高危风险因素评估和全流程管控在心外科应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中的作用。方法运用高危风险因素评估和全流程管控的方法对疫情期间(2020年1月23日至2020年2月23日)入住广东省人民医院心外科的62例患者进行管理,评价科室新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情相关感控风险发生的情况。结果通过有效的风险评估和风险预测,可以提高参与者的风险管理意识及质量控制意识,及时发现整个流程中的疏忽和差错,及时采取必要的应急补救措施以提高整个流程执行的效率和安全性。运用高危风险因素评估和全流程管控后心外科未发生新型冠状病毒肺炎相关感控事件,未发生一例外源性输入疫情。结论高危风险因素评估和全流程管控可以明显减少新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间心外科感控相关风险,简便易行,值得临床推广。Objectives To evaluate the role of high-risk factor assessment and whole process control in cardiac surgery in the response to the corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic.Methods The methods of high-risk factor assessment and whole process control were used to manage 62 patients admitted to cardiac surgery during the epidemic(January 23 th,2020 to February 23 th,2020),and to evaluate the occurrence of the risk of infection control related to the COVID-19 epidemic in the department.Results Through effective risk assessment and risk prediction,it was able to improve participants′awareness of risk management and quality control,promptly discover omissions and errors in the entire process,and timely take necessary emergency remedial measures to improve the efficiency and safety of the entire process.No COVID-19 related infection control events were found in cardiac surgery after using the methods of high-risk factor assessment and whole process control.No case of exogenous infection was observed.Conclusions High-risk factor assessment and whole process control can significantly reduce the risks associated with infection control of cardiac surgery during the outbreak of COVID-19,which is simple and easy to implement and worthy of clinical promotion.
