补脾益肾汤对脾肾两虚证血液透析患者肾性贫血及微炎症状态的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补脾益肾汤对脾肾两虚证血液透析患者肾性贫血及微炎症状态的影响。方法将84例脾肾两虚证血液透析患者根据随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予补脾益肾汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的Hb、SI、TSAT、Hct均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清IL-6、CRP水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补脾益肾汤可改善脾肾两虚证血液透析患者肾性贫血状态,减轻血清炎症反应。Objective To observe the effects of Bupi Yishen decoction on renal anemia and microinflammatory state in hemodialysis patients with spleen kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 84 hemodialysis patients with spleen kidney deficiency syndrome were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given Bupi Yishen decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,Hb,SI,TSAT and Hct in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-6 and CRP levels in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bupi Yishen decoction can improve renal anemia and reduce serum inflammatory reaction in hemodialysis patients with spleen kidney deficiency syndrome.
