摘 要:针对夏季炎热,易遭蚊虫骚扰的问题,文章采用2种研究方法制备防蚊凉感多功能面料,一是使用防蚊整理剂JYK PL-100采用一浸一轧的整理方式对自带凉感性能的云母涤纶面料进行防蚊整理,二是使用鲁道夫RUCO-THERM CMB-A凉感整理剂采用一浸一轧的整理方式对普通涤纶面料进行凉感整理后再进行防蚊整理,并在此基础上对不同工艺下防蚊和凉感功能的差异及变化情况进行探讨。实验结果表明:经第1种研究方法制备的防蚊凉感整理多功能面料,导热系数对比原材料降低0.001 W/(m·K),凉感性能稳定,防蚊虫叮咬率提高至85%以上,防蚊效果显著;经第2种研究方法制备的防蚊凉感整理多功能面料,导热系数对比原材料提升0.005~0.008 W/(m·K),凉感性能提升,防蚊虫叮咬率从50%提升至85%以上,防蚊效果亦显著。To solve the problems of hotness and harassment from mosquitoes in the summer, anti-mosquito and cool multifunctional fabrics were developed by two research methods. One method was to use the anti-mosquito finishing agent JYK PL-100 with one dip one rolling method to endow cool perceptual anti-mosquito on mica polyester fabrics, the second method was to use Rudolf RUCO-THERM CMB-A cool feeling finishing agent with one dip one rolling method to endow cool feeling on the ordinary polyester fabric, and then finishing for anti-mosquito function, and then the differences and changes of anti-mosquito and cool sense function under different processes were discussed. The results showed that compared with the raw materials, the thermal conductivity of the multi-functional fabric prepared by the first research method was reduced by 0.001 W/(m·K), the cooling ability was stable and the mosquito control effect was significant with the mosquito bite prevention rate increased to more than 85%. The thermal conductivity of the multi-functional fabric prepared by the second research method was increased by 0.005 ~ 0.008 W/(m·K), the cooling sensibility is improved, and the mosquito prevention effect is also significant with the mosquito bite prevention rate increased from 50% to more than 85%.
