摘 要:为了优化樟树叶色素提取的工艺条件,改善天然樟树叶色素的提取效果,讨论了高速破壁、超声波及热浸提法3种不同提取方法对色素提取的影响,对不同时间、不同质量分数乙醇/水溶剂高速破壁的提取效果进行了比较。优化了樟树叶色素毛织物染色工艺,对染色性能及织物防蛀性能进行了研究。结果表明:樟树叶色素提取的优化工艺为:高速破壁提取方法,质量分数60%乙醇/水混合溶剂,樟树叶提取物得率可达17.37%,所提取色素在染浴pH值为5时对毛织物具有较好的染色效果,染色后的毛织物具有一定的防蛀效果。In order to optimize the extracting conditions of colorants from camphor leaves and improve the extraction effect of natural camphor leaf colorants,the effects of three different extraction methods including high-speed wall breaking,ultrasonic wave and hot leaching on colorants extraction were discussed.For high-speed solvent wall breaking,the extraction effects of different times and different concentrations of ethanol/water were compared.The dyeing process of camphor leaf pigment dyed wool fabric was optimized,and the dyeing performance and the moth-proofing performance of the fabric were studied.The results show that the optimized process for extracting pigments from camphor leaves is:high-speed wall-breaking extraction method,60%(w/w)ethanol/water mixed solvent,the crude pigment yield can reach 17.37%,and the extracted pigments has a good dyeing effect on wool fabric in the dye bath pH value 5,and the dyed wool fabric has a certain mothproof effect.
