京津冀纺织服装产业可持续发展能力评价研究

摘　　要：为了促进京津冀纺织服装产业的协同发展,针对京津冀纺织服装产业可持续发展能力评价展开研究。从产业可持续发展的内涵和特征出发,分析了京津冀纺织服装产业的发展现状。以目前的研究成果为基础,建立了京津冀纺织服装产业可持续发展能力评价指标和体系,包括产业发展基础、产业协调能力、产业可持续性支持3个维度的37项指标。基于专家访谈和会议讨论的结果,运用网络层次分析法构建了指标间的关联和评价模型。研究结果表明:产业综合组织能力、科学技术支持、产业—生态协调、产业经济基础是影响京津冀纺织服装产业可持续发展能力的重要因素,说明促进产业经济发展、加强科技技术应用、协调产业与生态和提升产业综合能力是未来京津冀纺织服装产业的首要任务。In order to promote the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei textile and apparel industry,the evaluation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei textile and apparel industry′s sustainability was focused on in this study.Based on the connotation and characteristics of sustainable industrial development,the development status of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei textile and apparel industry was analyzed.Based on the previous research results,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei textile and apparel industry sustainable development capability evaluation indicators and system have been established,including 37 indicators in three dimensions:industrial development foundation,industrial coordination ability and industrial sustainability support.Based on the results of expert interviews and meeting discussions,Analytic Network Process was used to construct the correlation and evaluation model between indicators.The results show that the important factors that affect the sustainable development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei textile and apparel industry are industrial comprehensive organizational capabilities,scientific and technological support,industrial-ecological coordination and industrial economic foundation,respectively,indicating that promoting industrial economic development,strengthening the application of science and technology,coordinating industry and ecology and improving industry′s comprehensive capabilities are the primary tasks that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei textile and apparel industry needs to solve in the future.
