腹腔镜下阴式子宫全切术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对术后康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下阴式子宫全切术治疗子宫肌瘤患者的效果及对术后康复的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2020年4月我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者80例,按照手术方案的不同分为两组各40例。研究组采取腹腔镜下阴式子宫全切术治疗,对照组采取传统开腹手术治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及术后康复情况。结果研究组的术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间均显著少于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,治疗后的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下阴式子宫全切术治疗子宫肌瘤可减少患者术中出血量,降低并发症发生率,加快术后康复。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic total vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids and its impact on postoperative rehabilitation.Methods 80 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to different surgical procedures,with 40 patients in each group.The study group was treated with laparoscopic total vaginal hysterectomy,while the control group was treated with conventional open surgery.The clinical efficacy and postoperative rehabilitation were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative ambulation time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly less than those of the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the VAS score after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic total vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids can reduce patients’amount of intraoperative blood loss,reduce the incidence of complications,and accelerate postoperative rehabilitation.
