易坦静结合头孢替安对急性支气管炎患儿炎症指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨易坦静结合头孢替安对急性支气管炎患儿炎症指标的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2019年12月我院收治的80例急性支气管炎患儿的临床资料,根据治疗方案的不同分为两组。对照组41例采用头孢替安治疗,观察组39例采用易坦静结合头孢替安治疗。比较两组的炎症指标、症状缓解时间和不良反应。结果观察组的咳嗽缓解时间、咳痰改善时间、退热时间、啰音消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6、IgE水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论易坦静结合头孢替安治疗急性支气管炎患儿可降低机体炎症指标水平,缩短症状缓解时间,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To explore the impact of Yitanjing combined with cefotiam on the inflammatory markers of children with acute bronchitis.Methods The clinical data of 80 children with acute bronchitis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were divided into two groups according to different treatment regimens.41 cases in the control group were treated with cefotiam,and 39 cases in the observation group were treated with Yitanjing combined with cefotiam.The inflammatory markers,symptom relief time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The cough relief time,sputum improvement time,fever abatement time and rale disappearance time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum TNF-α,hs-CRP,IL-6 and Ig E in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Yitanjing combined with cefotiam in the treatment of children with acute bronchitis can reduce the levels of inflammatory markers in the body,shorten the symptom relief time and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
