摘　　要：目的探讨不同剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤对雌性激素水平的影响。方法54例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为两组各27例,对照组应用大剂量米非司酮治疗,试验组应用小剂量米非司酮治疗,比较两组治疗前后的雌性激素水平、子宫体积和子宫肌瘤体积。结果治疗2个月后,试验组的促卵泡生成素、雌激素和孕激素水平均低于对照组,子宫和子宫肌瘤体积缩小程度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果显著,可有效缩小子宫肌瘤体积,改善体内雌性激素水平。Objective To explore the impact of different doses of mifepristone on female hormore levels in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods 54 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into two groups,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high-dose mifepristone,and the experimental group was treated with low-dose mifepristone.The female hormore levels,uterine volume and uterine fibroid volume before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results After 2 months of treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone,estrogen and progesterone of experimental group were lower than those of control group,and the reduction of uterine volume and uterine fibroid volume were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Low-dose mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids has significant effect,which can effectively reduce the uterine fibroid volume and improve the female hormore levels in the body.
