摘　　要：目的探讨早期护理干预对血液透析患者的自我效能、心理状况及动静脉内瘘并发症的影响。方法128例血液透析患者随机分为两组各64例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以早期护理干预,比较两组的自我效能(GSES评分)、心理状况(SAS、SDS评分)以及动静脉内瘘并发症。结果护理后,两组的GSES评分均显著升高,SAS、SDS评分均显著降低(P<0.05);观察组的GSES评分显著高于对照组,SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的动静脉内瘘并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期护理干预可提高血液透析患者的自我效能,改善心理状况,降低动静脉内瘘并发症发生率。Objective To explore the impact of early nursing intervention on self-efficacy,psychological status and complications of arteriovenous fistula of hemodialysis patients.Methods 128 patients with hemodialysis were randomly divided into two groups,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given early nursing intervention.The self-efficacy(GSES score),psychological status(SAS score,SDS score)and complications of arteriovenous fistula were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,both groups had significantly increased GSES score,and significantly decreased SAS and SDS scores(P<0.05);The GSES score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early nursing intervention can improve the self-efficacy and psychological status of patients with hemodialysis,and reduce the incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula.
