路径化健康教育在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者护理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨路径化健康教育在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年8月至2019年10月收治的90例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,随机分为两组各45例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用路径化健康教育。比较两组患者的SDS评分、SAS评分、术前等待时间、排便时间、排气时间、可活动时间和住院时间。结果干预前,两组患者的SDS和SAS评分比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的SDS和SAS评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.05),观察组的SDS和SAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术前等待时间、排便时间、排气时间、可活动时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论路径化健康教育可缓解腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,加快患者的康复进程。Objective To explore the application effect of pathway-based health education in the nursing of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 90 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from August 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases each.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received pathway-based health education.The SDS score,SAS score,preoperative waiting time,defecation time,exhaust time,activity time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,no significant difference was found in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The preoperative waiting time,defecation time,exhaust time,activity time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pathway-based health education can relieve the anxiety and depression emotions,and promote the recovery process of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
