摘　　要：目的分析剖宫产切口愈合不良的原因并探讨干预措施。方法统计850例剖宫产产妇的临床资料,分为愈合不良组与愈合良好组,对引起切口愈合不良的原因进行分析。结果850例剖宫产产妇的切口愈合不良率为4.71%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,合并基础疾病、术前未使用抗生素、羊膜腔感染是影响剖宫产切口愈合不良的独立危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论合并基础疾病、术前未使用抗生素、羊膜腔感染是影响剖宫产切口愈合不良的独立危险因素,需加强产妇术前评估,做好孕期保健工作,预防性使用抗生素,以降低切口愈合不良发生率。Objective To analyze the causes of poor wound healing of cesarean section and discuss the intervention measures.Methods The clinical data of 850 pregnant women with cesarean section were counted.All cases were divided into poor healing group and good healing group.The causes of poor wound healing were analyzed.Results The poor wound healing rate of 850 pregnant women with cesarean section was 4.71%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that complication of basic diseases,antibiotic free before surgery and amniotic cavity infection were independent risk factors influencing poor wound healing of cesarean section(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Complication of basic diseases,antibiotic free before surgery and amniotic cavity infection are independent risk factors influencing poor wound healing of cesarean section.It is necessary to strengthen preoperative evaluation,do a good job of health care during pregnancy,and prophylactically use antibiotics in order to reduce the incidence of poor wound healing.
