摘 要:糖厂的产糖率主要由甘蔗的工艺性状决定,甘蔗工艺性状有多个重要的指标。本研究将灰色系统理论应用于甘蔗工艺性状综合评估,通过测定瑞丽地区旱地秋植、水田地春植蔗区多个甘蔗品种的6个工艺性状指标,得到甘蔗品种工艺性状的综合评估值,筛选出适合于不同蔗区的品种。本研究还进一步提出相对蔗糖分的概念,即品种灰色关联度与甘蔗蔗糖分之积。相对蔗糖分与糖厂的产糖率直接相关,可作为评估糖厂效益的重要指标。目前已通过应用灰色关联度分析方法,对瑞丽蔗区品种进行优化布局,瑞丽糖厂产糖率得到了显著的提高。The sugar yield rate of sugar mill was mainly determined by technological traits,which were composed by many important indicators.In this study,we firstly applied grey model to comprehensive evaluation the sugarcane technological traits.By measuring six technological traits of sugarcane in drought and water regions in Ruili,we calculated the comprehensive value of technological traits and selected the main varieties to plant in different regions in Ruili.This study also presented a new concept,the relative sucrose content(RSC),which was calculated by multiplying grey value and sucrose content.RSC directly reflected sugar yield rate of sugar mill,which was used to evaluate sugar mill income.Applying grey model to layout the optimize varieties in Ruili,the sugar mill in Ruili significantly improved their sugar yield.
