摘 要:我国海相页岩分布在山地、丘陵等复杂地区,要想高效绿色开采这些页岩气资源,大型丛式水平井成为了必然选择。文章结合页岩气钻采作业平台井口布局方式,建立页岩气丛式井最外侧井的井眼轨道多目标优化模型,其目标函数综合考虑了井眼轨道的势能、总长度及侧向位移这三个因素,其中井眼轨道侧向位移最大化可以满足丛式水平井大型化的实际需求。基于重庆涪陵页岩气田现场的丛式水平井数据,通过对井眼轨道多目标优化模型与传统的单目标优化模型的优化结果进行对比分析可以得知,文章建立的井眼轨道多目标优化模型能够让三维井眼轨道在较小的井眼轨道势能和长度条件下,侧向位移达到最大。研究结果表明,考虑井眼轨道侧向位移的多目标优化模型可以定量预测页岩气钻采作业平台的最大水平井布井数量,并且能更好地满足山区、丘陵等复杂地区页岩气田开采降本增效、环境保护和节约用地的实际需求。Marine Shale gas reservoirs are mainly distributed in mountainous and hilly areas in China.In order to exploit shale gas reservoirs efficiently,the large-scale cluster wells have become an inevitable trend.Combining with the wellhead space pattern,the optimization model of the outermost wellbore trajectory for shale gas cluster wells is established.The objective function of the optimization model takes into account three factors,namely,the total potential energy of the design trajectory,the total length of the design trajectory and the lateral frontal distance from target of the design trajectory.By comparing the results of multi-objective well trajectory optimization model with traditional single-objective well trajectory optimization model,it is clear that the multi-objective well trajectory optimization model can maximize the lateral displacement of well trajectory under the condition of smaller trajectory potential energy and trajectory length.It is concluded that the multi-objective wellbore trajectory optimization model can quantitatively predict the number of wells in one platform,and meet the needs of reducing cost,increasing efficiency of shale gas exploitation and improving the utilization rate of land resources in mountainous areas.
