摘 要:曳引式抽油机是一种新型抽油机。为分析其举升特点和节能机理,根据它在结构和技术上的改进,以举升系统为研究对象,分析了悬点运动规律和受力情况,依据动能定理建立了电机转矩的函数关系,并由电机上下冲程相应阶段转矩相等的原则,推导了平衡重计算模型。结合现场应用情况,分析了影响工况主要参数的变化原因及其效果。应用结果表明,该举升系统运行可靠、稳定,节能效果明显。The traction pumping unit is a new type of pumping unit.In this study,according to the improvement on its structural and technical,the lifting system is analyzed in terms of lifting characteristics and energy saving mechanism,which suspension point motion laws and loads were studied.The balance weight calculation model is derived from function relation of the motor torque established on the basis of kinetic energy theorem under the principle that the torque is equal in the corresponding stage of the motor up and down stroke.Combined with the field application,the application effect and the reasons of the main parameters affecting the working conditions are analyzed.The application results show that the lifting system is reliable and stable,and the energy saving effect is obvious.
