摘 要:页岩气钻井过程中井漏问题日益突出,传统的复合堵漏剂绝大部分为亲水性的,与油基钻井液配伍性不好,影响堵漏效果,复漏现象多发。BK910是一种油基温敏性膨胀堵漏材料,文章对其加入油基钻井液中的胶凝稠化性能、承压能力等进行了评价,介绍了在N209H29-6、TT1和W204H33-2三口不同漏失井的成功应用案例,为页岩气油基钻井液钻井提供了一种堵漏新材料和方法,可在长宁页岩气钻井中推广应用,有利于提高堵漏效果,减少井漏损失,从而加快页岩气开发速度,提高开发效益。The problem of lost circulation in shale gas drilling is becoming increasingly prominent.Most of the traditional composite plugging agents are hydrophilic,which is not compatible with oil-based drilling fluid,which affects the plugging effect and causes multiple leakage.BK910 is a kind of oil-based temperature sensitive expansion plugging material.This paper evaluates its gelling property and pressure bearing capacity when it is added into oil-based drilling fluid,and introduces its successful application cases in well N209H29-6,well TT1 and well W204H33-2.This work provides a new plugging material and a method for shale gas oil-based drilling fluid drilling,which can be widely used in Changning shale gas drilling well.At the same time,it is beneficial to improve the plugging effect and reduce the loss of lost circulation,so as to speed up the development of shale gas and improve the development efficiency.
