摘  要:Y区块储层复杂地层岩性为砂岩、碳酸盐岩及基底裂缝花岗岩-变质岩,通过统计分析,上述岩性段井径扩大率均达35%以上,根据复杂地层岩石矿物组份、微观结构、理化特性、地层压力和钻井液应用及现场施工工艺等综合因素分析,优选了抑制剂,并添加了成膜剂等封堵材料,形成了优化后的防塌钻井液体系。室内抑制性能评价表明,优化后的防塌钻井液体系比现场用的钻井液具有更强的防塌抑制性能,膨胀率降低了2.3%,回收率提高了10%~30%,根据岩心水化规律和失稳井段相关地质参数,绘出了现用钻井液和优化钻井液作用下的井壁坍塌周期图版,并对坍塌周期进行了预测,坍塌周期延长了7 d,为解决Y区块井壁稳定难题提供了有力保障。Reservoir lithology in block Y is sandstone,carbonate rock,and basement fractured granite-metamorphic rock.Through statistical analysis,the well diameter expansion rates of complex lithology sections are more than 35%.Through analysis of comprehensive factors such as composition,microstructure,physical and chemical characteristics,formation pressure,drilling fluid application,and on-site construction technology,an inhibitor was selected,and blocking materials such as film-forming agents were added to form an optimized anti-collapse drilling fluid system.The indoor suppression performance evaluation shows that the optimized anti-collapse drilling fluid system has stronger anti-collapse suppression performance than the drilling fluid used in the field,the expansion rate is reduced by 2.3%,and the recovery rate is increased by 10-30%.According to the core hydration law With regard to the relevant geological parameters of the unstable well section,the wall collapse cycle map under the action of the current drilling fluid and the optimized drilling fluid was drawn,and the collapse period was predicted.The collapse period was extended by 7 days.The wall stabilization problem provides a strong guarantee.
