摘  要:燃煤电厂的排烟热损失对锅炉效率影响极大,能降低排烟热损失、实现锅炉烟气余热,利用有助于火电厂节能降耗。论文研究了某660MW燃煤机组烟气余热梯级综合利用系统的热经济性,该系统采用省煤器分级布置方式,烟气余热梯级综合利用系统总节约煤耗4.65g/(kW·h),节能作用显著,实现了烟气余热的梯级综合利用,可以提高电厂整体经济性,对燃煤电厂烟气余热利用系统的设计具有指导意义。The heat loss of flue gas from coal-fired power plants has a great influence on the efficiency of the boiler.It can reduce the heat loss of flue gas and realize the utilization of waste heat from the flue gas of the boiler will help the thermal power plant to save energy and reduce consumption.This paper studies the thermal economy of flue gas waste heat recovery system in a 660MW coal-fired power plant.The system adopts economizer grading arrangement.The flue gas waste heat recovery system saves total coal consumption by 4.65g/(kW·h)and has a significant energy saving effect.The flue gas waste heat recovery system can improve the overall economics of the power plant.It is instructive for designing the flue gas waste heat recovery system of the coal-fired power plant.
