摘　　要：公路桥梁建设具有系统性,其工程量相对较大,做好工程进度管理工作对推动项目的顺利发展具有重要意义。论文以施工进度管理的重要性为立足点,分析进度管理工作中存在的问题,探讨可行性建议。Highway and bridge construction is systematic with relatively large amount of works.It is of great significance to do a good job in project schedule management to promote the smooth development of the project.Based on the importance of construction schedule management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in schedule management and discusses the feasible suggestions.
