摘　　要：随着城市管道资源的日趋紧张,高密度大芯数光缆近年来一直都是光缆行业的研究热点之一,尤其是以日本、德国的光缆生产企业为代表,均采用了新型蛛网型可卷绕光纤带、柔性光纤带等技术以及200μm小外径光纤,陆续推出了高密度大芯数光缆系列产品,进一步提高光缆内光纤密度,降低光缆外径。在2019年第68届国际线缆研讨会(IWCS)上,各公司分别介绍了各自开发的高密度大芯数光缆新产品。通过对这些产品进行简要的总结概述,希望能为我国高密度大芯数光缆的研发带来一定启发。With the limited space of the pipeline,the high-density and high fiber count optical cables are become a hot point in recent years.Especially for Japan and German companies,a series of high-density and high fiber count optical cable products have been successively introduced to further increase the fiber density in the optical cable and reduce the outer diameter of the optical cable.The products use new technologies such as the spider web ribbon(SWR),flexible optical fiber ribbon,and 200μm small-diameter fiber which is smaller than traditional optical fiber.At the 68th international cable symposium(IWCS)in 2019,each company introduced their new high-density and high fiber count optical cable products.Through a brief summary of these products,it is hoped to bring some inspiration to the research and development of China’s high-density and high fiber count optical cables.
