摘  要:面向新一代航天器的千兆数据传输应用中,作为数据传输介质的千兆数据电缆对数据传输特性有着较大的影响。为了满足宇航用千兆数据电缆高可靠性要求,对宇航用千兆数据电缆加工过程中编织张力对电缆阻抗突变的影响进行了分析,提出了编织工艺的张力一致性对电缆的阻抗稳定起到了关键的作用。采用带有时域阻抗(TDR)的网络分析仪对不同编织张力下的宇航用千兆数据电缆的差分阻抗进行了测试,测试结果表明,电缆阻抗指标与编织张力密切相关。在测试结论的支撑下,规范了宇航用千兆数据电缆编织工艺张力。为高可靠性宇航用千兆线缆传输提供了理论依据及测试试验数据。In the application of Gigabit data transmission for the new generation spacecraft,the Gigabit data cable as the data transmission medium has a great impact on the data transmission characteristics.In order to meet the high reliability requirements of Gigabit data cable for aerospace,the influence of braiding tension during processing on the impedance mutation of Gigabit data cable for aerospace is analyzed.It is proposed that the tension consistency of braiding process plays a key role in the stability of cable impedance.A network analyzer with TDR is used to test the differential impedance of the Gigabit data cable for aerospace under different braiding tension.The test results show that the impedance index of the Gigabit data cable for aerospace is related to the braiding tension.Based on the test results,the braiding process tension of Gigabit data cable for aerospace is standardized.It provides the theoretical basis and experimental data for the transmission of Gigabit data cable for high reliability aerospace.
