人力资本视角下的中国企业人力资源管理的未来发展趋势

摘　　要：基于对现阶段工业4.0、零工经济、共享经济、共享员工等经济环境以及劳动力市场环境的现状分析,阐述了人力资本提升在其中的重要性。在此基础上,总结了我国企业以人力资本提升为核心的人力资源管理呈现出模式本土化、职能智慧化、效率精准化、实践体验化的发展趋势。最后,根据上述趋势,针对人力资本提升的实现途径,提出了政府应切实提供政策保障,企业需充分发挥人力资本使用价值,且员工个人应努力提升自身可持续的人力资本价值。Based on the description of Industrial 4.0,gig economy,sharing economy,sharing employee and changes in the labor market,this paper analyzes the important role of human capital management in these new environments.We concluded that the human resource management focusing on promoting human capital of Chinese enterprises is confronted by the following development trends:localization mode,intelligent function,precise efficiency and experiencing practice.Finally,in view of the above trends,the paper proposes that government should support through targeted policies and enterprises should maximize the value of their human capital.At the same time,employees should also make efforts to enhance their own sustainable human capital.
