摘  要:复合材料以其质轻强度高,可设计性、耐腐蚀性能及电性能好,热性能良好,工艺性能优良等特点,在航空航天领域已得到了广泛的应用。本文针对某型号卫星点波束天线反射器在试验过程中存在的质量问题进行分析,通过蜂窝芯拼接预成型、中心圆环安装孔钻制、复材模具型面修整、压力垫制作方案调整、蒙皮与蜂窝芯配合不当处增加胶膜等一系列工艺改进措施,热真空及振动试验后反射器型面精度变化较大,解决了上蒙皮出现多处脱粘的问题,保证了产品质量。Composite materials have been widely used in the aerospace field because of their light weight,high strength,designability,corrosion resistance and electrical properties,good thermal performance,and excellent process performance.This article analyzes the quality problems of a certain type of satellite spot beam antenna reflector in the test process,through a series of process improvement measures such as honeycomb core splicing pre-forming,center ring mounting hole drilling,composite mold profile trimming,pressure pad production plan adjustment,and adding adhesive film where the skin and honeycomb core don't fit properly,to solves the problem of large changes in reflector profile accuracy after thermal vacuum and vibration tests and and the problem that the upper skin was debonded in many places,which ensured the quality of the product.
