摘 要:箱体在顶进工程中,箱体随千斤顶缓慢、匀速向前推进,因此可以认为箱体在顶进方向上处于受力平衡状态。对顶进过程中箱体进行受力分析,建立平衡方程,可以计算出斜交箱体所受的使箱体发生偏转的力及合力矩。通过计算推导,得出使箱体发生偏转的合力矩与箱体入土长度成正比,随着箱体入土长度增加,箱体发生偏转的趋势越来越强的结论。结合某市外环公路下穿铁路工程,对斜交箱体顶进过程进行数值模拟,验证了理论分析结果的正确性。In the jacking project,the box culvert advances slowly and at a constant speed with the jack,so it can be considered that the box is in a state of force balance in the jacking direction.By carrying out force analysis on the box during jacking,a balance equation can be established to calculate the deflection force and total moment of the box subjected to the skew box.Through calculation and derivation,it is concluded that the total moment of deflection of the box is proportional to the length of the box into the soil,and as the length of the box into the soil increases,the trend of the box deflection becomes stronger and stronger.Combined with the project of a city's outer ring road passing under the railway,the numerical simulation of the jacking process of the oblique cross box was carried out,which verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis results.
