公园城市重塑城市价值实现路径探究

摘　　要：公园城市是基于城市文明发展规律,面向未来探索提出的可持续发展新城市形态,自改革开放以来我国高速城镇化发展,快速提升城市价值,但城市化进程太快出现公共空间缺失、环境污染严重、基础设施不完善、居民亚健康状况等问题日益严重,城市价值发展陷入困境,公园城市的建成将大力提升城市生态价值、品牌价值、经济价值和人文价值,进而重塑城市价值,公园城市的建设实践没有现成的模式,需要凝心聚智、共同探索。Park City is a new urban form of sustainable development based on the law of urban civilization development and future exploration.Since the reform and opening up,China's high-speed urbanization has rapidly promoted the city's value.However,the process of urbanization is too fast,and problems such as lack of public space,serious environmental pollution,imperfect infrastructure and sub-health of residents are becoming increasingly serious The construction of Park City will greatly enhance the city's ecological value,brand value,economic value and humanistic value,and then reshape the city's value.There is no ready-made mode for the construction of Park City,so we need to pool our heart and wisdom and explore together.
