摘 要:随着物联网技术发展,设备之间对无线数据通信的需求场景增多,市场对数传设备提出了可编程、远距离、低成本、组网方便的需求。目前使用最广泛的几种方案有低成本的LoRa、Zigbee,但传输距离非常有限;有高速、稳定的GSM、NB-LoT,但需要投入建设和运营中继基站,成本不菲。而成本低且传输距离极远(>100km)的数传设备暂时属于空白市场。本文设计了一款基于SDR的短波数传装置,通过SDR技术,从发射机端以短波为载波,利用电离层对短波信号的反射将数据直接传输到跨越数百公里外的采用FPGA可编程门阵列的接收机端,实现了上述需求。With the development of the Internet of Things technology,demand scenarios for wireless data communication between devices have increased,and the market has put forward requirements for programmable,long-distance,low-cost,and convenient networking for digital transmission devices.Currently,the most widely used schemes are low-cost LoRa and Zigbee,but the transmission distance is very limited.There are high speed and stable GSM and NB-LOT,but they need to be invested in the construction and operation of relay base stations,which is expensive.However,the digital transmission equipment with low cost and extremely long transmission distance(>100KM)belongs to the blank market temporarily.This paper designs a shortwave digital transmission device based on SDR.Through SDR technology,shortwave is used as the carrier from the transmitter,and the reflection of the shortwave signal by the ionosphere is used to directly transmit data to the FPGA programmable gate that spans hundreds of kilometers away.The receiver end of the array fulfills the above requirements.
