PDCA循环法在阑尾炎切除手术患者中的护理效果及对护理质量的影响探究

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环法在阑尾炎切除手术患者中的护理效果及对护理质量的影响。方法研究对象为2018.1-2020.6月在我院行阑尾炎切除手术的60例患者,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取PDCA循环法进行护理,经过护理干预后对比两组患者的临床指标、护理满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组各项临床指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。将两组不良反应发生率进行对比,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。将两组护理满意度进行对比,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行阑尾炎切除术患者来说,采取PDCA循环法效果理想,有助于改善护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation on nursing quality of patients with appendicitis resection.Methods 60 patients with appendicitis surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given PDCA cycle method.After nursing intervention,the clinical indicators,nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared Situation.Results the clinical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared the two groups of nursing satisfaction,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion it is helpful to improve the quality of patients with appendicitis.
