双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床效果评价

摘  要:目的本文主要探究双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法将我院28例老年股骨颈骨折患者分成参照、研究两组,分别采用全髋关节置换术治疗与双极人工股骨头置换术治疗,统计临床疗效。结果经统计,两组手术时间、下床时间、住院时间都相对较短,但相比下研究组各项时间短于参照组,P<0.05;且两组并发症发生率较低,P>0.05。结论人工双极股骨头置换术与全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折均能取得良好疗效,若是老年患者身体素质条件较好且可以耐受手术创伤,则可首选全髋关节置换,若是身体条件较差且无法忍受手术创伤或者预期寿命较短,尤其是年龄超过70岁患者应选择生物型人工双极股骨置换术。Objective To explore the clinical effect of bipolar artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of elderly femoral neck fracture.Methods 28 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture in our hospital were divided into reference group and research group.They were treated with total hip arthroplasty and bipolar artificial femoral head replacement respectively,and the clinical efficacy was counted.Results after statistics,the operation time,out of bed time and hospitalization time of the two groups were relatively short,but compared with the control group,the time of the study group was shorter,P<0.05;and the incidence of complications of the two groups was lower,P>0.05.Conclusion Bipolar femoral head arthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty can achieve good results in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly.If the physical condition of elderly patients is good and can tolerate surgical trauma,total hip arthroplasty can be the first choice.If the physical condition is poor and can not tolerate surgical trauma or the life expectancy is short,especially for patients over 70 years old,biological artificial hip arthroplasty should be selected Bipolar femoral replacement.
