不同血清学指标在糖尿病周围神经病变诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病患者微血管病变不同血清指标间的关系情况,评估其在糖尿病周围神经病变诊断中的应用价值情况。方法选取2016年1月到19年年底在我院的内分泌科室接受治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的患者86例作为观察对象,分成两组,观察组为糖尿病周围神经病变,对照组为患有糖尿病但周围神经没有收到变化,分别对患者进行C-P、Hcy及Cys-C等各项生化指标的检测,并对糖尿病周围神经病变进行多因素Logistics分析。结果两组患者在C-P、Hcy、Cys-C含量比较;通过相关Logistics评判分析得出,Hcy及Cys-C水平均为糖尿病周围神经病变的危险因素。结论使得糖尿病患者造成的周围神经病变的因素与Hcy及Cys-C有一定的关联,因此,要提前做好预防措施,减少病变的因素产生。Objective To analyze the relationship between different serum indexes of microvascular disease in diabetic patients,and evaluate its application value in the diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Eighty-six patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who were treated in the endocrinology department of our hospital from January 2016 to the end of 2019 were selected as observation objects and divided into two groups.The observation group was diabetic peripheral neuropathy and the control group was diabetic but peripheral nerve No changes were received.The patients were tested for CP,Hcy,Cys-C and other biochemical indicators,and multivariate Logistics analysis was performed on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Results The levels of C-P,Hcy,and Cys-C between the two groups were compared;through the relevant Logistics evaluation and analysis,Hcy and Cys-C levels were both risk factors for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Conclusion The factors of peripheral neuropathy caused by diabetic patients are related to Hcy and Cys-C.Therefore,preventive measures must be taken in advance to reduce the occurrence of pathological factors.
