B超引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究分析B超引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术在临床诊疗方面的应用。方法纳入我院2019年3月至2020年3月期间收治的肺部外周病灶患者20例为研究对象,采用双盲随机法分为研究组及对照组,每组各10例患者,两组患者均接受经皮肺穿刺活检术治疗,其中研究组患者在B超引导下开展手术;对照组患者则在CT引导下开展手术检查,就两组患者活检结果与围术期并发症情况进行评估比较。结果两组患者PTLB检查中,活检成功率、活检确诊率组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),同时两组患者组间并发症率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论经皮肺穿刺活检术中采用B超引导能够获得与CT相近的效果,但B超引导下肺穿刺活检术具有定位准确、方法简单、费用低廉、并且能实时超声监视确保安全穿刺和取材的成功,且无辐射损害,安全性更高。Objective A study was conducted to analyze the application of B superguided percutaneous lung biopsy in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 20 patients with pulmonary peripheral lesions admitted in our hospital from march 2019 to march 2020 were divided into study group and control group by double blind randomization method.10 patients in each group were treated by percutaneous pulmonary biopsy,in which the patients in the study group underwent surgery under B guidance and the patients in the control group underwent surgery under CT guidance to evaluate the biopsy results and perioperative complications in the two groups.Results Biopsy success rate,biopsy success rate PTLB two groups of patients Biopsy diagnosis rate was not significantly different between groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant dif ference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion B super-guided lung biopsy can achieve similar results to CT,but B super-guided lung biopsy has the advantages of accurate location,simple method,low cost,real-time ultrasound monitoring to ensure the success of safe puncture and sampling,and no radiation damage,higher safety.
