摘　　要：目的探讨分析人文关怀理念在乳腺癌病人护理中的应用方法和效果。方法选择我院普外科2018年1月~2020年8月期间收治的70例乳腺癌患者为此次研究对象,将其随机分为2组,每组35例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上应用人文关怀理念实施护理,观察两组生活质量和护理满意度,并对数据作以分析。结果SF-36评分、护理满意度对比研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将人文关怀理念应用于乳腺癌患者的护理中可有效改善患者生活质量,并提升护理满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application and effect of humanistic care in the nursing of breast cancer patients.Methods From January 2018~August 2020,70 breast cancer patients were selected,They were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases per group,The control group took routine care,On the basis of the control group,the study group applied the concept of humanistic care to carry out nursing,To observe the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,And the data are analyzed.Results SF-36 scores and nursing satisfaction were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care in the nursing of breast cancer patients can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,And improve nursing satisfaction,It is worth popularizing and applying.
