摘  要:目的评价多通道微阵列蛋白芯片检测系统检测宫颈癌标志物的性能。方法采用微阵列蛋白芯片检测系统和Roche Cobas E602检测系统对420例宫颈癌患者血清肿瘤标志物鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)和细胞角蛋白21-1(Cyfra21-1)等常见肿瘤标志物进行检测,并对所测得的数据进行统计学分析。结果微阵列蛋白芯片检测系统和Roche Cobas E602检测系统对4种肿瘤标志物SCC-Ag、CA125、CEA和Cyfra21-1的线性相关系数R2分别为:0.9848、0.9914、0.9775和0.9655。蛋白芯片法单个指标检测宫颈癌标本的检出率分别为:SCC-Ag为55.5%,CA125为25.7%,CEA为32.1%,Cyfra21-1为23.3%。4项指标联合检测对样本的阳性检出率为82.4%,高于单个指标检测。结论微阵列蛋白芯片检测系统与Roche Cobas E602在检测宫颈癌相关肿瘤标志物中具有较高的一致性,可为宫颈癌高危人群筛查、疗效评估和预后提供新的更简便、经济的检测手段。Objective To study the performance of multi-tumor marker microarray protein chip detection system for detection of tumor markers and its comparison with Roche Cobas E602 detection system.Methods Serum tumor markers SCC-Ag,CA125,(CEA)and Cyfra21-1 were detected by microarray protein chip detection system and Roche Cobas E602 system,and the data were analyzed statistically.Results There was a significant positive correlation between the microarray protein chip detection system and the Roche Cobas E602 detection system in the detection of four tumor markers,and the results were highly consistent.Conclusion The microarray protein chip detection system and Roche Cobas E602 have high consistency in the detection of tumor markers related to cervical cancer,and have high practical value for the detection of tumor markers.
