摘  要:本文就发生在高炉服役后期,针对炉衬损坏、炉皮开裂状况进行的高炉护炉措施(替代型冷却壁)制作中,采用钨极氩弧焊焊接方法实施紫铜与16Mn钢异种材料管板角接缝焊接,紫铜焊丝作为填充材料,通过焊前预热、添加焊剂、焊后缓冷等焊接工艺,合理设计焊接工艺参数,得到了焊缝质量优良的焊接接头。解决了替代型更换水冷壁制作过程中异种金属焊接的关键性问题。In this paper,in the late service period of blast furnace,in view of the lining damage and furnace skin cracking,the paper adopts the method of tungsten argon arc welding to weld the corner joint between copper and 16Mn steel dissimilar material tube sheet,and the red copper welding wire is used as the filler material.Through the welding process of preheating before welding,adding flux and slow cooling after welding,the reasonable design is carried out Considering the welding process parameters,the welding joint with good quality is obtained.The key problem of dissimilar metal welding in the manufacturing process of alternative replacement water wall is solved.
