摘  要:针对垃圾渗滤液膜浓缩液有机物浓度高、可生物降解性差、重金属离子和盐含量相对较高等特点,采用电催化氧化法处理垃圾渗滤液膜浓缩液,考察了电极材料、膜浓缩液预处理方式、电催化氧化处理时间对COD、 NH_3-N、 pH值的影响。研究表明:优选出的Ti/Pb-Sn电极材料能有效缩短处理时间、降低运行成本;NH_3-N的去除优先级高于COD;在运行电压为3.3~3.5 V,电流为50 A,电解7 h的条件下,COD去除率达到78.2%, NH_3-N去除率接近100%;电催化氧化处理样品pH值呈先下降后上升趋势;将膜浓缩液混凝沉淀预处理后取上清液进行试验,可有效缩短30%~40%的处理时间。In view of the characteristics of landfill leachate membrane concentrate such as:high organic matters concentration,poor biodegradability,high heavy metals concentration,high salinity,and so on,electro-catalytic oxidation process was adopted for its treatment.The influence of electrode material,pretreatment mode for membrane concentrate and electro-catalytic oxidation treatment time on COD,NH3-N,pH value,were investigated.The study results showed that,Ti/Pb-Sn electrode material could effectively shorten treatment time,reduce operation cost;the removal of NH3-N was prior to that of COD.When the operating voltage was 3.3-3.5 V,the operating current was 50 A,the electrolysis time was 7 h,the removal rates of COD reached 78.2%,the removal rate of NH3-N was close to 100%,and the pH value of the sample treated by electro-catalytic oxidation showed a downward trend and gradually increased with the extension of electrolysis time.After the coagulation sedimentation pretreatment of membrane concentrate,supematant was taken for the experiment,and the treatment time could be shortened by 30%-40%.
