摘  要:为了减轻油轮在运输过程中对水体造成的污染,进而去除水中的微量油,以甲基丙烯酸十八酯(SMA)和甲基丙烯酸异辛酯(EHMA)为功能单体,以苯乙烯(St)为结构单体合成高吸油树脂,协同碳纳米管(CNTs)进行修饰,制备了聚SMA-EHMA-St(PSES)和CNTs复合材料PSES-CNTs,对复合材料吸收汽油、柴油和煤油纯油样品及含油水样的效果进行试验。采用红外光谱、热重、接触角测试和扫描电子显微镜等对产物进行了表征和测试,结果表明,材料的最高耐受温度为310℃,其表面为多颗粒的非紧密堆积,存在一定的孔隙;对纯油样品汽油、柴油和煤油吸油率分别为16.63、 18.54和15.27 g/g,含油水样中汽油、柴油和煤油脱除率分别为98.89%、66.24%和99.31%;同时还发现材料具有良好的疏水性能,该复合材料在含油废水处理领域具有较大的潜力。Aiming to alleviate water pollution caused by tanker during transportation,and then remove trace oil in water,modifying high oil absorption resin with carbon nanotubes(CNTs)synthesized with methacrylic acid(SMA)and methacrylic acid(EHMA)as functional monomer and stynen(St)as constructional monomer,and then,PSES-CNTs was prepared through synthesizing SMA-EHMA-St(PASS)and CNTs.The prepared compound material can be used to absorb oil from gasoline,diesel and kerosene in pure oil samples and oily water samples and the adsorption effect was tested.The product was characterized and tested through FTIR,TGA,CA and SEM methods,the results showed that,the highest temperature tolerance of the material was 310℃,and the surface of the material was non-closely packed with multiple particles with certain pores exists.The oil absorption efficiency of gasoline,diesel and kerosene in the pure oil samples could reach 16.63,18.54 and 15.27 g/g respectively,and the relevant oil removal rates in oily water samples were 98.89%,66.24%and 99.31%respectively.Besides,it was also found that the said compound material had good hydrophobicity,which means it had great potential in the field of oily wastewater treatment.
