摘 要:针对己内酰胺废水难以稳定达标的问题,采用两级AO-粉末活性炭吸附-臭氧/双氧水催化氧化组合工艺对己内酰胺废水进行处理,介绍了该工艺流程及主要设计参数,给出了处理效果及运行成本。运行结果表明,进水COD、氨氮和SS平均质量浓度分别为1 507、 156和92 mg/L时,出水平均质量浓度分别为45、 10和17mg/L,去除率分别为97%、 94%和82%,达到下游回用水处理段进水要求。己内酰胺废水处理装置总投资为5 000万元,设计规模为345.5 m~3/h,运行成本为4.01元/m~3。In view of the problem that the quality of effluent from caprolactam wastewater treatment process is difficult to meet discharge standard stably,two stage AO-powder activated carbon adsorption-ozone/hydrogen peroxide catalytic oxidation combined process was used for its treatment.The flow and main design parameters of the said process were introduced with the treatment effect and operation cost pointed out at the same time.The operation results showed that,when the average mass concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen and SS in influent water were 1507,156 and 92 respectively,the relevant indexes of the effluent water were 45,10 and 17 mg/L respectively,the removal rates were 97%,94%and 82%respectively,which met the quality requirement of influent water of downsteam reuse water section.The total investment of caprolactam wastewater treatment device is 50 million yuan,the design scale is 345.5 m3/h,the operation cost is 4.01 yuan/m3.
