摘 要:采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱等测试了阻燃Lyocell纤维的组成、结构及其力学性能,并与普通Lyocell纤维进行对比。结果表明:阻燃Lyocell纤维的阻燃效果明显提高,其极限氧指数(LOI)由普通Lyocell纤维的18.2%提升至34.6%;阻燃处理前后纤维的结晶度未出现明显的变化,纤维的断裂强度与模量略有下降。The composition,structure and mechanical properties of the flame retardant Lyocell fiber were analyzed and compared with those of ordinary Lyocell fibers by scanning electron microscope,infrared spectrum,etc.The results showed that the flame retardant effect of Lyocell fibers was significantly improved,and their limiting oxygen index(LOI)increased from 18.2%of ordinary Lyocell fibers to 34.6%.The crystallinity of the fiber had nearly no change before and after the flame retardant treatment.The tenacity and modulus of the fiber decreased slightly.
