摘　　要：长头牵引车随着国家政策、法规的放宽,凭借着安全、经济、舒适等优点将在多个细分市场中与平头牵引车展开角逐。文章对长头牵引车特殊维护需求进行识别,进行整车维护频率等级划分,结合正向开发理念进行可维护性设计,指导产品开发过程中的整车总布置及零部件设计。With the relaxation of national policies and regulations,long-head tractors will compete with flat-head tractors in multiple market segments by virtue of safety,economy,comfort and other advantages.This paper identifies the special maintenance requirements of the long head tractor,divides the maintenance frequency and designs the maintainability of the whole vehicle in combination with the concept of forward development,so as to guide the overall arrangement and parts design of the whole vehicle in the process of product development.
