摘　　要：汽车发动机用冷却水泵主要用水封来密封工作腔,当水封与水泵匹配不当时,易造成水封失效导致水泵泄露。文章对某型发动机水泵水封漏水原因进行分析,找出水封漏水的主因,然后针对主因提出优化方案,最后对优化方案进行试验验证。Automobile engine cooling water pump mainly uses water seal to seal the working chamber.When the water seal and water pump do not match properly,it is easy to cause water seal failure and cause water pump leakage.This paper analyzes the cause of water seal leakage of a certain type of engine water pump,finds out the main cause of water seal leakage,and then puts forward the optimization scheme for the main reason,and finally carries out the test verification for the optimization scheme.
